Same thing happenned to me.  There was another one this morning that I didn't open.  I think regular rules apply - if you don't know them and it appears fishy (e.g.,"Great Website Here") then it is better to dump it and risk missing something than to open it and miss everything.

Who actually sent this?  Was this a real posting or a virus?  I stupidly went to this, thinking that it had something to do with letterboxing, and got blasted with popups.

When ever I see them- and you can really pick them out rather easily- I open the email-Click on this is Spam- report and block. It only takes a couple of clicks to do it.
